Responsibilities: Must possess skills to develop initial and on-going business and consultative relationships with clients, prospective clients, carriers and organizations; produce new business revenue by developing proposals that best meet the client's needs; and develop, maintain and retain a book of business which demonstrates measurable growth of revenue and profit. Will serve as an advisor and consultant to clients, work closely with other departments to provide quality, consultative services, and assist in the development of sales objectives, budget, and business planning.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree desired. Previous broker or carrier experience in insurance and/or related specialty required. Strong sales or relationship management experience preferred. Strong knowledge and experience in sales,  business development and measurement activities essential. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, high level of creative thinking and business acumen required. Must have strong technical skills and knowledge of Microsoft products.  Frequent travel to various client locations is required. Must have valid transportation.  Must have, or be able to obtain, an insurance license (P & C, Life & Health).
